I can’t think about a life without investment in myself anymore.
I truly believe that my average day would be significantly less productive if I didn’t practice self-care the way I practice self-care.
There is a direct correlation between how much work an individual can do and how much self-care they are practicing regularly.
Self-care is often seen as an expense, you are left with nothing else than a few minutes you won’t able to be on social media.
I want you to delete this thought right away.
Taking time for yourself is an investment in your overall well-being.
Look at people like Andrew Huberman, Tim Ferriss, Elon Musk, and many more.
They aren’t picky when it comes to investing in themselves.
Here are just a few examples of why you shouldn’t play short on this:
Results in More confidence, Physical strength, and most important a longer and more happy life lived.
Results in a more focused and calm state of mind. You are also able to overcome self-doubts and become more resilient against stress.
If you invest in your knowledge, you can learn anything you want. We humans are where we are today because we invest in our knowledge.
By investing in your sleep, you’re not investing in the nights but the days. You can make better decisions while having more energy and being in a good mood.
I’m just scratching on the very top here, I hope you got the point I’m making…
Effort and consistency
Read that again
How can you expect a noticeable change if the only thing you have invested is 3 Bucks?
If your past self decided on an investment, stick with it.
Start to trust the decisions you took in the past
This is called building confidence, it’s also called taking responsibility.
Start looking at the bigger picture
What actions will bring you the most progress when seen in the long run?
Ask yourself:
Would this action still give me value even if it’s the 10,000 Repetition?
Don’t get me wrong, some actions bring an insane amount of ROI by performing over and over again.
But will every action bring the same value again and again?
Would you read the same Book 10 Times in a row?
Sure, There is a bit of value everywhere
I am speaking out of experience here:
Stop the tunnel-vision on the small actions.
Start to Focus on the Lever moving actions.
Seeing progress is the best source of Motivation, that’s why it’s so important to first of all set goals
But more important than that is to ensure Them on a regular basis
If you do not see progress you get bored and boredom is the greatest threat to success
It’s even more threatening than failure
If you get bored you start to lose interest and when you start to lose interest you are asking yourself why are you doing this in the first place.
If this happens too often, you can’t help yourself but quit.
It’s human nature.
If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading my first newsletter, G!

The Sound of Success, How Music Influences Your Mood and Overall Well-being It’s stupid how hyped I can get from just listening to music I would not stand where I stand today If I wasn’t able to listen to music I occasionally go on what I call 'Motivational Walks.' whenever I lack clarity, motivation, or face a big problem, I take a walk In the first half of the walk, I talk out loud to myself about my most pressing problem The 2nd half of the walk I go stupid I start to listen to the songs...
Becoming Who You Want to Be: The Role of Identity in Your Life I always knew meditation was something good. Something worthwhile. I never started until I adopted the Identity of a person who meditates every day. Since that day, I never missed a session. A person cannot rise above how he sees himself Hold up, what even is Identity? Your identity is created from a system of Ideas and beliefs. If a new idea/belief “fits in” with your current system, this idea/belief will be accepted. If not,...
